since 1998, Aspen Farms is currently the only state certified Maple
Syrup farm in Bayfield County. Aspen Farms strives daily to produce only

Syrup Producers Association has judged our maple syrup to be of Blue

JAM, JELLIES & HORS D’OEUVRES
Made by hand in small batches from Bayfield County fruit! We
feature a wide variety of tasting jellies and jam all of which
are produced in a State Certified Kitchen. From the traditional
strawberry, cranberry and blueberry to marmalades and butters to
delicious hors d’oeuvres such as chianti jelly and
raspberry-jalapeno, our jam and jellies are sure to please. |

PANCAKE MIX
The All Natural and No Preservative mixes are made by WILLOW
CREEK MILL in Valders, Wisconsin. Each 8oz, cloth drawstring bag
makes about 10 fluffy and delicious pancakes. An egg & milk are
needed to add to the mix. The four mixes we offer are Maple
Apple, Pumpkin, Wild Blueberry and, the traditional, Buttermilk. |
